Nigeria versus Algeria friendly match Highlight

The friendly match between Super Eagles of Nigeria and Desert Forces of Algeria ended in Favour of Algerian national team by 0-1. The match kicked off by 7:30 pm Nigerian time at Wörthersee Stadium Klagenfurt, Austria. Both teams have not lost any match since the semi finals of 2019 African Cup of Nation.

Ramy bensebaini scored a goal at the 6th minute of play through an opportunity of a corner kick. The Algerian team has remained unbeaten in the last 19 matches with today's match inclusive. Nigerian Super Eagles battled hard to halt the serial winning of their counterpart since the end of 2019 African Cup of Nations Competition but all efforts were avail due to the defensive tactics of their opponent and inability of the players to make use of limited opportunities to prove their worth.

It's been 11 months the Super  Eagles of Nigeria appeared in an international friendly match since the inception of Covid-19 and Nigerian football lovers hope they perform better in their next kick off match against Tunisia on Tuesday October 13, 2020 by 7:30 pm. This event has strengthened both teams against the African Cup of Nation qualifiers that would kick off by November.
