over five centuries ago in West Africa. It is popularly known in the Northern
part of Nigeria as Koko / Loga / Aliwengeta
and the South Western part of Nigeria as Sisi
Kpelebe. It is made with groundnut and sugar locally.
The innovated
product is made with Groundnut, Cocoa Powder, Sugar, Honey, Decorative Sprinkles,
Baking Powder, Nutmeg, Vanilla Flavour, Milk, Coconut Powder and Mixed Fruit.
It is currently one of the most nutritious locally made snacks in Africa.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF PRODUCING CHOCOLATE PEANUT BAR.

provide quality snacks with great nutritional value for young people and reduce
the rate of malnutrition.
